Positive: Nice building which was very clean, nice pool area with spacious grounds. All area's very clean. Upon arrival the electric gates would not operate so we had to resort to padlock and chain provided. It quickly became apparent that the place was over run by cats, drinking from the pool and making the best of the outdoor tables and sun loungers. The garden and lawn was somewhat over grown, this was attended to 3 days before we left from our 3 weeek stay. No visitng maid service so we had to wash our own bedsheets towel etc. The front and back main entrance doors locked by key, however the sliding doors had lengths of wooden dowel which had to be jammed between the slider and the wall to proved make shift security. Wifi speed was a joke. The kettle was very small and unsuitable for a three bed house, the toaster had one slot and did not pop up wheb finished. This could be a very nice stay if someone took time to identyfy the above problems. A little tip, this place howls like a ghost train when windy a towel arcoss the bottom of the front door sorts that. I you like indian food try "THE ROYAL PUNJAB" North Indian Tandoori Restaurant. Apparently this place is due to be renovated in the very near future so hopefully the above niggles will be sorted..

Positive: Out of the way and lovely and quiet with lots of space. Beds were comfortable and always plenty of hot water.
Negative: Garden needs attention around the pool as we had a problem with wasps in the long grass. Lots of cats too

Positive: The property was really lovely and comfortable . However, it was let down by lack of attention to detail that matters when you pay this type of money…. The dishwasher needs replacing as it did not work adequately… the dishes etc were dirty when we arrived due to this. … we told the management company and they delivered salt 2 days later (we’d given up waiting and bought our own anyway) but it did not solve the issue. The toilet upstairs was not flushing properly on its own and we had to take the lid off and literally manually do it despite telling the management company on day 1 that it wasn’t working…. No one came to fix it in the entire week… pretty shocking really… messages we sent were not answered for days…. The fuse board tripped and left us with no washing machine… we tried to fix it but it needed pro electrician. Check out was 10am but we were still there at midday waiting for help to open the washing machine… why don’t they extend check out time if cleaners do t come that early anyway… I don’t want to take away from the villa itself…. We were happy with the beautiful location and pool. But its management was not good enough .

Positive: We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, it's tucked away on the hill and is so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views and sunsets. The pool was brilliant, we didn't have it heated but didn't need to as it was so refreshing on a hot day. Loads of outdoor seating/furniture and the Bbq was a great addition. Fully stocked kitchen. There's loads of games, puzzles etc, everything you could need is here. Lilos for the pool, goggles etc. It's spacious, spotlessly cleans and kept to a lovely standard. Air con in all the rooms and two lovely balconys. Perfectly situated for exploring the algarve, villamoura is stunning and albafeira has a good selection of resteraunts and bars. Check in was really easy, communication from our local host was great. I don't think we have any negative feedback and nothing that could be improved on, it was simply perfect!! If you get the chance to stay, don't hesitate.

Positive: The heated pool was fantastic. Location was private. Ubers were cheap and easy to get. House was well stocked with cleaning products and kitchen products. Views from the 2 upstairs balconies were amazing. Beds comfy. Supermarket s 5 min drive away.
